Nikki was only 35 years old and already battling breast cancer for the second time. With her amazing husband and two adorable daughters by her side, One Day to Remember sent Nikki for a fun-filled and relaxing weekend at nearby Seven Springs Mountain Resort. They enjoyed lots of quality time together, exploring the many activities available to them—including an alpine slide and horseback riding! They luxuriated with a fancy dinner, and Nikki even got to relax with a massage while dad and the kids played in the pool. After returning home, we asked Nikki what she would say to another family considering applying for One Day to Remember. She said: “Do it! It’s a time with your family that you’ll treasure forever!”
